The selected Relationship Manger will act as the clients trusted advisor as well as:Develop new and expand existing client relationships by participating in business development activities, proactively reviewing client?s current and changing financial needs, and promoting products and services.  Maintains active calling plan for Book of Business clients and prospectsAnalyzes personal and financial data to deepen current, profitable client relationships.Keeps clients informed of products, services, special promotions, and provides appropriate financial solutions via consultative review and proactive contact.Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of products and services as well as knowledge of competitors and competitive products.Promotes and cross-sells products and services to profitable clients and partners with Business Banking, Investment sales and other product areas to maximize the relationshipConsistently meets or exceeds individual and KeyCenter goals.Actively participates in community organizations for the purpose of sourcing business development opportunities

 

 

Requirements:Successful candidate will have excellent customer service and relationship building skills, preferably in a banking environment, with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.Undergraduate degree in business related field or equivalent experience.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.Financial services product knowledgeUnderstands personal and commercial financial statements.Ability to successfully maintain a Book of Business with 300-350 ClientsProficiency in sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, proactive selling, networking and cold calling.General knowledge of commercial lending to small businesses and ability to complete small business basics training within 90 days of hire.
