Our Licensed Banker team is growing!  We are looking for Series 6, Series 63 and Life licensed individuals to help us grow loan, deposit and investment business in our Financial Centers.

GENERAL FUNCTION:
Entry into a sales position with a primary focus on sales development and relationship building, and a function of the role performing in the customer service area to learn and know the operational/risk side of the business. Responsible for selling a full range of banking products and services to existing and prospective customers while providing specialized customer care. Assist management in the maintenance of the sales environment of the financial center through interaction with customers and the interaction with the Customer/Financial Service Representatives for referral activity. Work both the Customer Service area and the Sales Platform area to maximize customer interaction opportunities.

1.) Sales/Goals Function
A. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals for loans, deposits, and fee income, as set by management.
B. Maintain a well-developed working knowledge of the complete line of products and services offered, taking responsibility to keep up to date and request assistance for further development needs.
C. Initiate sales and cross-sell full range of banking services to present and potential customers.
D. Initiate and maintain customer contact through a variety of methods, including but not limited to customer interaction on the line and platform, telemarketing, and attending various seminars and community events.
E. Meet with customers to discuss financial needs, emphasizing financial counseling and lending, and make recommendations.
F. Analyze credit and financial information for processing of consumer loans and other bank products for customers.
G. Maintain the sales environment, and actively participate in the execution of sales contests, monthly Blitzes and other motivational activities.
H. Actively participate in the telemarketing process within the financial center, utilizing the marketing resources and other various tools.
I. In partnership with the other staff and business partners, actively work the call lists, and any other means for obtaining new business and retaining current business.
2.) Customer Service
A. Promote excellent customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
B. Establish a relationship with the customer base of the financial center through knowledge of account ownership, greeting customers by name, and exhibiting an attitude of caring.
C. Provide guidance to the Customer and Financial Service Representatives in the referral/sales process.
D. Function on the Customer Service line, assisting with customer transactions, and selling from the line.
E. Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other related policies, maintaining ethical behavior at all times.
3.) Bank Operations
A. Open and maintain full range of retail accounts and services.
