Relationship Specialist III - Business Banking Loan Support

We have an immediate opportunity in our Loan Support department for a Relationship Specialist III supporting our Business Banking customers.

 

This position will be responsible for all aspects of origination, closing and servicing business loans which includes;
Funding loans
Interfacing with attorneys and title companies
Processing advances and payments
Documenting reviewing and monitoring all loans
Assisting loan officers and borrowers

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Some college course work is preferred.
Three plus years of commercial loan administration experience and a strong background in business/contract law or a related four year degree such as finance, business or accounting is required.
Business Banking Experience and SBA Loan Administration preferred.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with distractions in a cubicle environment is required.
Strong customer service orientation and proficient MS Office skills are required. 
Experience with LaserPro or other Document Preparation software is preferred.
Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
