We currently have an excellent opportunity available for a Rental Coordinator at our Perimeter Bobcat branch operation in Gainesville, GA.

Responsibilities:

* Handle all daily functions required to rent equipment
* Process proper documents for the credit department, insurance, freight, licensing, rental contracts, invoicing, credits, freight coordination and unit returned condition reports
* Review and update rental rates for competitiveness in the marketplace
* Coordinate with the service department on rentals, trade-ins, and other equipment to ensure units are mechanically sound
* Keep documentation on each individual equipment specification
* Coordinate with other departments for delivery of units to the customer for hook-up and loading at the company yard
* Provide instructions to customer on proper start-up procedures, required maintenance, and basic safety requirements
* Ensure that units are received by customer in clean and good operating condition
* Handle customer inquiries in person, over the phone and walk-in, in a professional manner
* Work with the service department to keep the yard organized
* Provide sales information to customers and distributors. Quote equipment prices for sale and/or rental.
* Coordinate and log all inventory movement between other branches, customers, and all distributors
* Prepare rental promotions with the approval of the Branch Manager

Qualifications:

* High School diploma or GED acceptable
* Prior experience in the construction industry preferred
* Prior rental experience a plus
* Computer experience with Microsoft Office required
