Responsibilities:
? Send out correspondences to clients regarding pending Corporate Actions optional Dividends and Proxy offerings.
? Field a heavy amount of client inquiries related to past, present and future offerings.
? Receive and process instructions sent by clients.
? Ensure all offering payments were dispersed correctly.
? Any miscellaneous projects assigned by departmental managers.
? Be able to understand and communicate the inner workings of Corporate Action offerings and intricacies of Corporate Action payout procedures.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills, aggressive PC skills, good phone manners, heavy workload, adaptability to hectic environment.
Extensive knowledge in Corporate Actions. College degree, knowledge of operations with a direct background in Corporate
Actions (tenders, exchanges, optional dividends, etc.)
