Position Summary:

The responsibilities of this position will include the design and distribution of reports to corporate team members to support company reporting and analytic needs from applications such as CRM, SFA, Financial and data warehouses. Tools such as Microstrategy, Microsoft Reporting Services, Proclarity, Microsoft Query Analyzer, T-SQL, Crystal Reports and Excel. Required ExperienceDuties & Responsibilities:

1) Create and publish reports using reporting and analytic tools to meet ad-hoc internal requests.
2) Provide training on corporate reporting and analytics tools to internal users to support self-service reporting.
3) Partner with Business Analysts, Database Administrators, and ETL Developers to build out data marts to support changing business needs.
4) Participating in design, development, testing and implementation of Reporting and Analytics solutions. Required EducationAlong with your outstanding drive for accomplishment, the successful incumbent will bring with them:

1) Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
2) 5+ years experience with business intelligence tools, including Crystal Reports, Microstrategy and Query Analyzer
3) Experience implementing operational and analytical reporting solutions in large relational and OLAP environments.
4) Ability to interpret and transform business requirements into a cohesive reporting solution.
5) Strong understanding of reporting solution concepts and strategies, including types of data and the relationships; SDLC; security access; performance; data usage guidelines.
6) Working knowledge of various data related products (eg - Microsoft SQL 2005, Informatica, Oracle Reports & Discoverer, Erwin data modeling tool, Metadata repository products, Data Replication tools, OLAP products, Data quality & cleansing). Tools such as MicroStrategy, Microsoft Reporting Services, Procarity, Microsoft Query Analyzer, T-SQL, Crystal Reports and Excel.
7) Strong analytical, process, and problem solving skills.
8) Strong teamwork skills within Business Analysts, Data Architects, ETL Developers, Database Administrators, stakeholders and client community.
9) General data warehousing technical knowledge with an emphasis on SQL & data quality.
