Description:

Manages EBT client related problems and performs customer account maintenance.

?Review, investigate, resolve and follow up on EBT related exceptions including merchants, recipients TTP, Citibank, ATM and reversals.
?Manage training, contracts, equipment, inventory adjustments, FNS offices, USDA offices, and headquarters of the larger food chains.
?Performs customer account set up, maintenance etc



Position Qualifications Required:

?High School Diploma or equivalent
?2+ years customer service experience
?Requires excellent customer service and communication skills
?Must be able to work in a fast paced team environment
?Willing to take ownership with customer inquires
?Willingness to provide feedback regarding operational issues to management, peers, and customer service representatives
?Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
?Able to support and mentor new hires
?Knowledge of Windows 95 or NT, Lotus Notes a plus

Shift start times between 7:00AM-9:00AM
