1) Experienced Underwriter

 

Job Responsibilities:Underwriting of mortgage application to render final decisions within a specified signature and ensuring loans comply with FNMA, FHLMC, various investors, and other regulatory agency. Utilizing various investors' guidelines to render decisions

 

Requirement:Must be a fully experienced underwriter with a minimum of FIVE years of experience in a mortgage lending environment. (Processing background is a plus)Must be familiary with mortgage underwriting software (DU, LP or other AUS)Knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC guildelines is preferred

 

2) Jr. Underwriter

 

Job Responsibilities:Assist Sr. Underwriters in rendering decisionPrepare and gather information on mortgage applications for Sr. UnderwritersAdditional adminitration and underwriting tasks will be given
