Retail Services Leader

As a result of their consistent growth, there is an immediate need for a Retail Services Leader for one of their developing banks.  We need someone who can focus on STRATEGIC market development with both existing retail deposit and loan customers while also pro-actively forging new relationships.  You will need to be a leader to all retail employees and be able to define and drive a compelling vision at all levels in the bank.  You will be expected to direct activities to drive new household acquisition while growing and retaining existing households.  You MUST also make certain that all processes drive a positive customer experience.  Equally, you must work to provide tools and training that give all levels of your retail staff the ability to identify and serve our varying customer segments. 

 

This position reports directly to the Bank President and is considered a key position in the organization.  In short, you must be a proven leader who has over-seen multiple branches within a given region.  Interpersonal skills are an absolute must as is a service orientation.
