Retention Specialist Part-time (Call Center)

Telhio Credit Union is seeking a part-time Retention Specialist.  The primary focus of this position is on retaining our membership including new business revenue generated through new accounts and products sold to our current membership by becoming the single point of contact for all customer issues. Methods include proactive customer communication, resolution of issues, and account penetration. This position requires sales and customer service experience. In this position, you will focus on building loyalty, up selling/cross selling and customer satisfaction.

 

The available position is located in our Sales and Service Department at our Downtown Columbus, Ohio location! Candidates must be dependable, have good credit, be bondable, pass background and drug screening


Qualifications:Possess a minimum of 1 year experience in outbound calling or customer retention.Must have effective communication skills (oral and written) Must have strong organizational skills to provide a high level of accuracy on all transactions Must possess team ?attitude? and professionalism Must have the ability to operate the office machines needed to perform the job, such as computer terminal and calculator/adding machine Must successfully complete the Telhio training course A Notary Public designation will be required Must have High School graduate or G.E.D.

Hours for Position:

? Monday & Friday 1:00 PM-6:00PM, Tues, Wed, & Thurs 3:00 PM-8:00 PM,  &  Every other Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
