Retirement Account Representative

Capital Bank and Trust Account Representatives review and act upon written requests from our retirement plan account customers. After a comprehensive training program, each representative will have responsibilities including establishing new retirement accounts, such as Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) and Profit Sharing Retirement Plans (PSRPs) as well as processing distributions and updating beneficiary records on a computer via imaging. Additional responsibilities include preparing correspondence and making telephone calls to customers, brokers and other trustees. No sales involved.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:

Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

Exceptional verbal and communication skills

Ability to gather and assess information in a fast-paced environment

Strong detail orientation

Ability to apply considerable amounts of information

Interest in learning about the financial services as no prior industry experience is necessary

Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Flexibility to work additional hours as needed
