Job Description: Customer Based Risk Management has an exciting opportunity for a risk consultant to support consumer credit card collections. This position will be primarily responsible for managing the Adaptive Control system for the over limit and delinquency decision areas. Other responsibilities include performing various activities related to business analysis and/or modeling. Duties may include: research and resolve account level issues related to collections activity, provide ad hoc reporting and data mining to support collections projects, make strategy/process improvements based on recent trends, and partner with collections managers to develop, implement, and track collections strategies. This individual must have strong project management skills and be detail oriented.


Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS in technical and/or business field, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated strong analytical skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Detail oriented
Solid experience with SAS programming


Preferred Skills: Background with credit card products
Previous experience with strategy development and decision tree modeling
