SR. UNDERWRITING MANAGER - NON-PRIME RETAIL

Currently, the company is looking to add a Sr. Underwriting Manager - NonPrime Retail to their team. This position will be located in Northern, New Jersey

 

As Underwriting Manager you shall be:

- Responsible for supervising a team of about 6 underwriters, monitoring workflow as it pertains to underwriting and assuring compliance within the team.

-Responsible for team performance as it pertains to key functional aspects, which include daily benchmark, accuracy and quality.

-Endeavors to maximize productivity and efficiency of the underwriting team via monitoring and managing the work ques, and adjusting the workflow as volume dictates.

-Acts as primary interface with internal and external clients such as high level Account Executives and Regional Sales managers.

-Accept inquiry calls from sales regarding potential application scenarios.

-Performs schedule Q& A validations in order to ascertain compliance with initiatives stated above to discover training opportunities.

-Serves as customer advocate to determine the best way to meet the needs of the customer and sales.
