SVP of Compliance for $500 Million Community Bank

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Vice President of Loan Compliance.  Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the SVP of Loan Compliance will provide leadership and day-to-day direction of the loan administration department of the bank, having responsibilities for keeping loan policy current, tracking and reporting technical violations, and working closely with the Chief Lending Officer to evaluate the loan portfolio, spot developmental needs and trends, and redirect Loan Officers when necessary.  In addition, as part of senior management, this individual will contribute to the organization's strategic plan, prepare and manage budgets, and be the contact person for internal auditors, loan review, compliance reviews, external auditors, and state and federal examiners, as required.

 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year university, and a minimum of 5 to 10 years in loan compliance or a combination of equivalent education and experience.  Management experience, technological proficiency, an eye for detail, and excellent communication skills are required.
