Sales Consultant II- Lending

This position is located at our Buffalo Grove facility on Lake Cook Rd.

Contributes to achieving the Banks Sales and Credit objective by informally coaching team members and handling escalated issues. Ensure strict adherence to compliance requirements and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the area in the Supervisor's absence.

Handle routine Loan and Deposit calls through customers' verbal / written / internet inquiries. Ensure that proper and accurate loan documentation is provided to the underwriter for processing; reviews final documents for completeness and accuracy prior to loan closing; coordinates loan / deposit closing with customers and/or banks; responsible for appropriate follow-up to internal/external customers; identifies cross selling opportunities to solidify client relationships.Knowledge & Skills:
