Sales Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Act as the liaison between Regional Sales Representatives and internal staff.

* Set up approved vendors in the portfolio management database

* Update Vendor Profiles in a timely manner with all program changes

* Coordinate all credit application activity

* Obtain any missing information required by credit

* Price, quote, and prepare documentation requests and prepare lease documents as needed

* Account maintenance (call account locations you are responsible for and ask for business)

* Familiarize vendor with the necessary steps to conducting business with the company.

* Coordinate new rates as required

* Prepare reports are requested and needed by Sales.

* Answer vendor's questions, track the status of transactions and notify the Vendor of the current status.

 

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

-Financial Services industry experience a plus

-Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal skills

-Ability to work independently and as parto of a team, with a focus on customer service and relationship management.

-Extensive spreadsheet and financial/lease pricing experience.
