We are currently seeking a Sales Manager for our Teleservices Department.  This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is looking for a position in a company that values their people.  We promote from within and recognize and reward people for their accomplishments.  Our core values are: Integrity and Trust, Accountability, Flexibility, Teamwork and Innovation.  We are looking for people who will uphold our values and live them out on a daily basis. We are currently in a position to expand and grow our business.  The responsibilities of the position include: 

*Developing lending origination practices

*Partnering with the Lending Production Manager to ensure sound lending practices and adequate controls to protect the Credit Union's assets.

*Working closely with the sales trainer to develop sales staff.

*Establishing sales criteria and determining sales focuses for the group.

*Coordinating sales initiatives and site visits.

*Recommending and implementing workflow changes.

*Establishing goals and direction, including lending and call center benchmarks to ensure the departments' part of the overall organizational goals are met.

*Directly managing, coaching and developing the lending sales staff.

 Qualifications

*Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 3 to 5 years management experience in a related position, preferably at a credit union, bank or other financial institution.

*Consumer Lending and/or First Mortgage experience req.

*Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and issues.

*Excellent analytical skills and strong managerial, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.

*Knowledge of current word processing and spreadsheet computer software.
