Sales Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated, successful Sales Training Expert who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to support the needs of our organization's Consumer Banking Call Center.

Responsibilities include consulting with call center leadership to identify training and performance improvement needs, designing curriculum and initiatives, facilitating sessions for the division and evaluating performance improvement interventions.

Qualifications include 3+ years sales training experience, preferably in a bank and/or call center environment, along with consulting experience and strong project management ability.  Instructional design and facilitation experience a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Human Resources, Adult Learning, and/or related degree required.  Supervisory experience a plus.

The chosen candidate must be resourceful, possess both analytical and problem-solving skills. They must have strong written and verbal communication skills and a high level of initiative. This person will be able to work independently, as well as part of a team. They must be able to collaborate and negotiate with all levels of management and non-management staff.
