Sales and Services Specialist Coordinator

  Our PNC Advisors business is currently seeking a Sales/Services Specialist Coordinator for our Boston office. 

 

As a sales/services specialist coordinator you will be responsible for the following:

 
Directly supporting the sales and service and investment efforts of PNC Wealth Management by providing day-to-day client service for high net worth individual clients.  Performing a variety of specialized administrative support duties to the business function.  Establishing and maintaining client satisfaction as the singular priority in all activities.  Working to provide high quality of client service within the department.
Assisting Investment Advisors with daily administrative and investment process.
Monitoring, identifying and tracking trust and investment accounts for overdrafts and reviews with officer for correcting.
Assisting in obtaining and forwarding information to/from clients, coding accounts and monitoring data.  Initiating follow up as required.  Assisting in the research and development of operating procedures to resolve recurring issues.  Acting as a liaison with operations and other support areas.
Providing quality client service by responding to client inquiries and researching and resolves problems in a timely manner.  Answering written correspondence, handling telephone inquiries and other miscellaneous routine requests.  Generating and maintaining positive client relationships.  Verifying with clients that all requests have been satisfied.
Providing investment support in compliance with PNC procedures.  Assisting in the processing of the Investment Advisory and Trust Department?s standardized forms.  Preparing documents necessary to present account information to Investment Review Committee.

 

The ideal candidate will be proficient PC (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).  Have good organizational skills and attention to detail.  Demonstrated knowledge of appropriate investment products, terminology and administrative processes.  Able to prioritize and multi-task.  Excellent phone skills and ability to work under deadlines.

 

Additional Preferred Skills:

Limited work experience in an investment firm or recent college graduate interested in the investment banking industry preferably with a degree in finance.
