Job Responsibilities:

Perform imaging tasks with little or no supervision
Utilize appropriate logs for all imaging work
Ensure that job tickets are properly filled out before beginning work
Complete various jobs as specified on job tickets
Follow procedures to run jobs in proper order
Observe jobs for completeness and accuracy on monitor
Communicate with client on job or deadline issues
Troubleshoot basic equipment problems
Load copiers with paper and toner
Assist in training new hires
Prioritize work flow
Performs quality check on the work of others
Place service calls when needed
Answer telephone in the Center
Perform other duties assigned

Job Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year imaging experience
Legal background required (secretarial or paralegal)
Computer knowledge
Excellent, legal documentation evaluation skills
Ability to review a document quickly and thoroughly
Able to pick out pertinent data in a legal document without much information to go on
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to make independent decisions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills required
Ability to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner
Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential materials
Attention to detail
Must work well in a team environment
Professional attire required
Good problem solving skills
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Must be able to work standing up all or most of the time.
