Senior Account Representative

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Representative in our Franklin Street, Boston, Massachusetts Branch.

 

The Senior Account Representative is responsible for actively marketing bank products to customers and potential customers, and cross-selling bank products to enhance the existing customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include providing information regarding rates, and account charges, as well as processing and opening new accounts, responding to customer questions and resolving customer concerns. You will also work independently and with the branch staff to achieve sales and service goals.

 

Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent, 2-4 years of experience in a Banking or an environment w/ direct customer contact. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
