The senior administrative assistant will provide primary support for the Special Assets Division. You will act as a problem identification and resolution resource by answering question, providing guidance, troubleshooting and following up with customers in resolving problems. You may perform incidental general office tasks such as monitoring and ordering standard office supplies; collating and assembling documents; accepting and delivering inter-department correspondence, photocopying/faxing correspondence and reports and filing. You may also attend meetings and take and distribute minutes; schedule appointments and maintain supervisor's calendars; screen calls and visitors and make travel arrangements.


2+ year experience supporting an individual or team required
Ability to read bank documents and understand the differences preferred.
Experience workin in a banking or real estate environment preferred.
Operate office machines or equipment such as, PC/ Printer, Application software: Microsoft Office Package, Computer Terminal, Photocopier, and a Fax Machine
Must show good judgment and initiative in selecting the most effective work methods and tools
Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
Must have previous experience with event/project coordination
