Senior Business/Test Analyst - Financial Services

Role:  Senior Business/Test Analyst - LOCATION LONDON - UK

 

AppLabs, an industry leader in global outsourced testing solutions and a Sequoia Capital portfolio company, is looking for a Senior Business/Test Analyst to work onsite overseas at one our Global Customer locations in London, UK and Dublin, Ireland.  AppLabs? goal is to provide unmatched quality, performance, security testing and development solutions to Financial Institutions and Enterprise customers.

The role involves an understanding of financial systems, formulating the business processes and defining the high level business scenarios.

 

Job Requirements:

 Need 10 plus years of experience in financial market.Understanding of real time market data and end of day pricing (I.e. Reuters Datascope) and how it?s used by Traders and Portfolio Managers.Awareness with SEC regulatory implementations.Understanding of any Trading System or Order Management System.Testing of any trading system or order routing system. (Any or all asset classes in US, EU and Asia markets).Asset classes include equities, equity derivatives, fixed income, OTC derivatives, money market and foreign exchange.Understanding of Portfolio Management, Fund Accounting, Pre/Post Trade Compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

 

Technical Skills

 Experience in Manual Testing, Authoring of Test Cases / Scenarios, Defect Management & Reporting preferred.Experience in using Test Director.Ability to interact with Business & Technical team and understanding of requirements.Basic process knowledge ? SDLC, Change Management helpful.
