JOB DESCRIPTION
THE SENIOR COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICER- C&I will:
? Be responsible for developing and maintaining a commercial loan portfolio to promote bank growth and profitability
? Call on customers, prospective borrowers and feeder sources
? Process C&I, SBA, construction and commercial mortgage loan underwriting documents for presentation and review
? Monitor, maintain, and service existing portfolios
? Represent the bank in local community through active participation in community affairs
? Participate in marketing and cross-selling company products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS
THE SENIOR COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICER ?C&I will have:
? Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics; MBA preferred
? Formal credit training
? 10+ years commercial and industrial lending experience
? Proven sales ability
? Outstanding oral and written communication skills
? Sound judgment
? PC proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
? Proven track record in working with all levels of senior management
? CONNECTICUT RESIDENCY ONLY
