We seek an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our Retail Banking team. The position is located in our Arcadia, CA branch.

This position will be primarily responsible for:Processing daily transactions, answering customer inquiries, opening up new accounts in accordance with Company policies and procedures, and Federal and State laws and regulations; may assist Customer Service Representatives with complex transactionsPerforming back office duties, closing duties, and ensuring lobby is stocked with brochures; may assist in branch operations

 

The ideal candidate possesses:

 Minimum of one year of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a similar work with six months of experience in cash handling and operating general office equipmentEffective oral and written communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsPersonal computer skills
