Senior Human Resources Generalist

Reporting to the VP, Director of Human Resources, and relying on extensive experience, leads the recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection, and placement activities for all positions within the company. Also participates in other Human Resources programs and projects in the areas of affirmative action, performance management and training.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
. Administers employee requisition process.
. Manages applicant tracking database.
. Establishes and maintains relationship with advertising agencies and employment agency services.
-In consultation with hiring managers:
. Conducts search for qualified candidates and recommends candidates after initial screening.
. Schedules interviews with hiring managers and interview teams.
. Collects interview feedback and conducts background checks.
. Establishes starting salaries and extends job offers.
. Ensures all on-boarding activities for newly hired employees are completed in a timely manner.

.Coordinates affirmative action plan
.Leads college recruiting programs and job fairs
.Conducts exit interviews
.Collects and analyzes HR data relating to EEO, employee attraction and retention, and other staffing measurements and reports such to management
.Ensures continuously effective and efficient procedures for the company's staffing function
.Prepares internal employee communications regarding staffing and related company policies.
.Partners with CSB and FBOP Human Resources groups in the implementation and administration of new and revised company processes and programs to enhance our image as an employer of choice.


Requirements:

.Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
.In addition, eight years of increasingly responsible experience in recruiting
.Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
.SHRM and/or WorldAtWork certification desirable.
