Senior Loan Admin/Real Estate Paralegal - In-House
Our client, a large financial institution, is currently seeking SENIOR Loan Administrator/Real Estate Paralegal candidates to join a growing team handling construction/commercial real estate lending documentation, closing and post-closing modification and follow-up.

Here are the job requirements:
6 years minimum real estate lending documentation, due diligence (including title and survey analyses -- no exceptions) and all third party documentation and closing work;
ability to perform risk analysis and make recommendations to cure;
knowledge of construction lending and term loans, along with lease summary experience
ability to work independently and with a fast-moving, busy team
This is an IMMEDIATE need. Salary for this position is from $65,000 to $80,000 per year, exempt, and includes superb benefiits that include tuition reimbursement, paid parking, comprehensive health, etc.
