An International Bank located in New York City is currently seeking a Senior Loan Administrator. Individual will be responsible for all levels in the administration of credits in which the Bank is a participant and non-agented direct loans. Processing of loan advances, repayments, rollover, interest and fee settlements, and L/C activity for multi-currency portfolios. Timely review of open items in reconciliation and exception reports. Monitor the lending instructions received from customers and or agent banks for completeness, accuracy and intent. Proactive involvement with the marketing groups and teams overseeing new closings and transaction processing, including daily review and management of upcoming events to ensure timely processing and verification of maturing loans and commitments. Accurate and timely Midas System input of all loan related transactions. Proficient in MS Word and Excel. Previous experience with MIDAS is a plus.
