Core Responsibilities:
Oversees all aspects of the full lifecycle recruitment of assigned positions ranging from hourly to executive level with an emphasis on sales recruiting
Partners with hiring managers and other recruiters to develop effective recruiting strategies, campaigns, and pipelines that focus on filling mission critical positions with quality candidates within identified time frames 
Utilizes Development Dimension International?s Targeted Selection? recruiting methodology to assess and select candidates for employment
Passionately conveys the organization?s mission to prospective employees

Qualifications:
Extensive experience with proven results in creative sourcing strategies that include networking, Internet, cold calling, employment agencies and job fairs
Demonstrated success in both passive and active recruiting campaigns for difficult-to-fill positions
Strong interpersonal, reasoning, listening and negotiation skills
Passion for recruiting and commitment to excellence
Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite, database management and experience with online applicant tracking systems
Minimum of a bachelor?s degree
