Senior Relationship Manager - Lending - Commercial Banking Services

Utilizes a high degree of creativity and independence in developing and managing a large portfolio of diverse and complex banking relationships.  The person in this position will target middle market commercial firms and/or technology companies.  Acts as a consultant to clients and a resource to the bank in developing and retaining business. Demonstrates solid product and operational knowledge. Possesses excellent corporate finance knowledge depending on the diversity of the portfolio. Utilizes excellent negotiation and closing skills.


Bachelor's degree is required.
Minimum of 6 years commercial lending experience is required.
Good understanding of all products and services applicable to target client segment required (background in lending to technology companies is desired).
Good knowledge of commercial credit policies and procedures, and bank operations policies and procedures required.
Demonstrated sales and marketing abilities required.
Good credit analysis and accounting skills required.
Must be capable of working well independently and in teams.
Must be able to work autonomously in making sound business decisions and exercises appropriate level of authority commensurate with experience and responsibility.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required.
