Summary: ?The primary responsibility of the Senior Teller is to provide quality front line member service by completing transactions and providing account information to members.? Under the direct supervision of the Operation Manager, performs a variety of duties as listed.???

Essential Duties

?Supervises all personnel within the teller area, assisting staff and coordinating their work flow, as well as, schedules.Responsible for maintaining quality and progress of work.Assigns, directs, coordinates and reviews work.Responsible for overseeing the proof of all teller drawers each day.Assists tellers with excellent member service and resolving member complaints.Opens window and services members in a professional manner as business or staffing demands.? Cross-sells all products and services.Responsible for master change fund and its end of day proof to computer figures.Knowledgeable with regards to branch and teller cash limits and monitors it.? Provides input as to the amount of branch cash to order and is responsible for the manual process of ordering cash shipments.Completely knowledgeable with regards to policies and procedures affecting teller operations, as well as, products and services.Knowledge of platform operations.

Qualifications and Experience:High School DiplomaFluent in SpanishThorough knowledge of teller services, customer services, banking operations, and product knowledgeExceptional customer service skillsExcellent math skillsDetail Oriented.
