Senior Transaction Manager - MBS/ABS Securitizations/Whole Loans

Job Description: Senior level team member in Structured Finance area of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, a division of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
Responsible for leading/managing/reviewing complex mortgage- and/or asset-backed transactions.
Responsible for leading/managing/reviewing mortgage Whole Loan sale transactions
Responsible for developing/leading/managing certain standard processes.

Duties include:
Acting in review/oversight role for 1-2 Securitizations, 4-6 Whole Loan sales and 6-8 Reconstitutions per month;
Reviewing and signing legal documents for 4-6 Whole Loan sales and 4-6 Reconstitutions per month;
Preparing/reviewing marketing books or prospectus supplements;
Preparing/reviewing deal documentation, spreadsheets and pricing calculations
Reviewing, commenting and executing asset sale contracts;
Providing support to senior level managers with key clients;
Providing support in origination activities
Managing 2-4 direct reports


Minimum Qualifications: 4 Year Undergraduate Degree
4-6 Years Structured Finance/Capital Markets experience
Strong Transaction-related experience
Ability to work under established timelines
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, MS Word
Management experience


Preferred Skills: Proficiency in MS Access
