To qualify you must have 7-10 years of banking experience, some management experience as an overall understanding of all banking functions and departments.  You must have enough commercial experience to recognize good lending opportunities and also be able to oversee the business development operations of the branch.You also need a good understanding of commercial and consumer credit.
