Senior Vice President & Branch Manager

You are expected to take a very proactive role and to work as a partner with your customers to help ensure their success and in turn develop mutually beneficial long-term business relationships.

As the SVP & Manager your emphasis will be on all types of Commercial Business Development (Commercial Lending). Therefore, you must have well developed credit and underwriting skills. Even though you are the overall manager, the Branch Operations Manager will handle all operational aspects of the branch.

Compensation:
Base Pay: $100K + DOE
Incentive Plan: non-caped with average payout between 20% and 40%

 

Requirements:

1.  (5) to ten (10) years of successful management experience.

2.  He or she will have demonstrated experience and skills in bank management, leadership, credit, sales, marketing, business development, financial management, customer service, community service involvement and operational supervision.

3.  A history of superior performance and tangible results are essential.
