Service Center Manager

The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to fulfill its mission. This is accomplished by providing exceptional service to both internal and external members. Succcessful candidate must be able to effectively lead staff in providing exceptional service to members. This can be accomplished through guiding, directing and supervising all service center staff in the area of account transactions, loan applications, new accounts and solving problems within established policies and procedures. Qualifications: HS diploma plus bachelors degree in Business or related field. At least 5 years of experience in a financial environment with 2 years or supervisory experience or an equivalent combination. Professional, well developed interpersonal skills. Work requires extensive knowledge of all credit union policies and procedures and all Credit Union services and products. Basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets.Competitive benefit package available.
