Software Specialist - Professional Services (SS1-Wix1)

We seek a Software Specialist, Professional Services, to work with clients to configure and install Interactive Voice Response (IVR) software on client systems and to conduct related support activities such as demonstrations, training, testing, problem resolution and specification creation.

Responsibilities of this position include:installation/setup of computer telephony applications software assisting clients in determining the options and optimal configuration for their use preparing specifications representing the agreed-upon configuration on-site and remote training of client personnel ongoing support services to existing clients presenting product demonstrations to clients.



To qualify for this position, you must have:strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills an in-depth understanding of application software and use of PC operating systems knowledge / experience with Interactive Voice Response and or telephony systems (a plus) the ability to multi-task between multiple activities and under sometimes difficult customer situations an ability to work in a team environment following structured project plans excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially as related to communicating technology and benefits to end-user clients a four-year degree in computer or business-related field, and Advanced Technical Certification, or equivalent experience.
