Special Loan Relationship Manager

As a Special Loan Relationship Manager with U.S. Bank, you will:Administer portfolio of performing and non-performing loans, which typically include loan facilities of $250M to $2MM in aggregate exposure to sole proprietorships and small business corporations Provide accurate financial analysis of moderately complex financial statements, with emphasis on cash flow from operations and implications of balance sheet changes. Develop and recommend strategies to maximize recovery and reduce losses Ensure effective restructuring, recovery or charge-off of adversely graded loans. Negotiate with officers and principals of borrowers to better secure collateral, equity or other assets of borrower and engage in other activities designed to preserve the loan principal, collect interest as possible or chrge-off loan if appropriate Direct both outside legal counsel and SAG legal counsel to prepare correspondence and possibly legal filings to effect the desire workout/recovery strategy Understand collateral liquidation process and the implications on a workout strategy.
