Job description :

 

We are looking for a Client Connectvity/Trade Support person to work in our London office as part of the  Global supervisory Desk. This person will help ensure that all trades are processed in a controlled, timely and efficient manner. The job will include monitoring client order flow, act as first point of contact for electronic order flow errors and assisting in the recovery process of order routing system failure.

 

 

This is a client interfacing role.

Excellent communication skills will be required.

 Knowledge of FIX protocol.

 Ability to work independently and resolve undocumented client issues.

 Knowledge of buy side OMS trading systems.

 Excellent problem solving skills.
