Staffing Manager

Responsible for executing the bank's staffing programs, working closely with the vendor who provides the software and with the outside auditors who audits our performance on staffing versus peer banks annually. Develops short and long-range strategic staffing planning. Projects and recommends current and future staffing needs. Analyze branch/department staffing efficiencies at both the division level and individual branch/department levels. Recommends and communicates opportunities for enhanced service levels & efficiencies directly to branch/department management. Recommends and approves FTE requests. Works with finance and accounting to analysis data for staffing models. Interprets and analyses complicated technical information. Interfaces with executive management and with line management on staffing issues. Other duties as assigned.

Staffing Manager I, X24 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 6+ years of directly related experience. Frequently contributes to the development of new theories and methods. Employs advanced knowledge as a generalist or specialist of staffing models and analysis. Must have excellent communication, organizational, customer service, technical and analysis skills. Must be able to interpret complicated technical information.

Staffing Manager II, X25 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 8+ years of directly related experience. Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Expert knowledge of staffing models and analysis. Must have excellent communication, organizational, customer service, technical and analysis skills. Must be able to interpret complicated technical information.
