If you’re a motivated professional with leadership skills, we have an Accounts Receivable (A/R) department in Cypress that needs your guidance. This advancement-oriented position represents an opportunity to oversee a friendly, seasoned staff in a growing division with a Fortune 100 Company.

 

Key responsibilities include:
Supervising the A/R department including 8-10 employees
Managing workflow, department production and team chemistry
Providing oversight for a book of business related to a recently-implemented government program affecting billing notifications
Reviewing and analyzing this legislation and its impact on client billing patterns
Representing the A/R department at various meetings within the organization
Working on higher-level problem solving, fact-finding and reporting for the department



Accounting, billing or banking experience is required, and supervisory experience is preferred. Computer proficiency is essential, especially with MS Office applications.
