Union Bank of California has an excellent career opportunity for an experienced loan administrator as an AGENCY ADMINISTRATOR for our Commercial Loan & Agency Services Division in Monterey Park.

 

You would:

 Manage with limited supervision the bank?s fiduciary responsibilities as agent bank in commercial and real estate syndicated transactions.  Set up and coordinate, with participating banks, borrowings and payments, collecting fees, distributing financial and compliance information to participants and handling inquiries from bank group members and borrowers.  Provide feedback of document review to account officers and counsel as directed by team leader and manager Provide high quality customer service in a professional manner to ensure client retention.  Ensure the quality control and due diligence of documentation.  Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems Assist in handling special projects for the unit manager. 

 

You should have:

 AA or BS degree4-5 years of experience in bank operations or loan documentationMathematical ability to perform multi-step interest calculations.  Ability to analyze various loan structures and translate into arithmetical formulas for execution.  Proficient expertise in Excel and Word Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsDetail oriented Team player Ability to perform effectively under deadlines and changing priorities.
