Our client, a major international bank located in New York City, is seeking a Syndications Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a solid loan and syndications background and experience performing loan market research. The bank is offering a starting salary of 55 ? 75K + bonus.

Major Responsibilities:
Perform loan market research and compiling data used in syndication deals and by investors
Prepare presentations, bank books and marketing materials used to promote new business
Act as a liaison with the back office operations area
Assist in the review and edit of term sheets for proposed transactions
Assist in primary and secondary closings
Participate in implementing policy and procedure guidelines by making recommendations
Respond to customer and team inquires

Job Requirements:
3+ years loan market research / syndications experience
Experience reading and understanding financial statements
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Superior MS Office experience especially MS Excel.
Good oral and written communication skills
Bachelor?s degree required
Credit background preferred
Formal Credit Training a plus
