System Support Specialist II - 13636

As a System Support Specialist, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the day to day management and support of Sales Support infrastructure, productivity and efficiency tools. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for managing the incentive systems through database management, report definition, SQL queries and overall support of incentive management tools. This position requires response and issue resolution as necessary to meet business needs. Experience with Internet, Incentive Systems/Programming/Plans, Banking and working on cross-functional teams is strongly preferred.
Primarily located in Hoffman Estates, must be willing to travel to Lombard for training and occasionally throughout the month as needed.

 

Requirements:

Experience with Databases such as Reporting/Data Extract/SQL query language
* Basic programming language (if, then, else statements; do case statements)
* Analytical skills
* High proficiency with Advanced MicroSoft Office Suite (Access)
* Understand Basic Windows environment
* Familiar with Quality Assurance / Testing Procedures
* Attention to detail
* Effective approaches to problem solving
* Quick Learner
* Self Starter
* Strong planning and organizational skills
