T-AT-Collections Specialist

Seeking a business to buisness collections specialist ! Responsibilities include: 1. Prepares account files for additional collection action up to and including charge off. Determines through course of collection activity whether account is able to be collected or make recommendation for litigation. 2. Handles customer correspondence regarding billing and collection issues. 3. Establishes relationships with other internal departments in an effort to streamline the customer process. 4. Initiates collection of accounts as defined by Company Credit Policy and Procedures, in conjunction with directives received by the Manager. 5. Receives customer payments. Ensures payments are properly matched against invoices. 6. Calls delinquent accounts to resolve outstanding balances. 7. Communicates with Manager on a weekly basis to review account status and collection activity. 8. Answers customer questions relating to account status. Print account statements and send to customers as requested. 9. Performs other duties as assigned.All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Qualifications :
