As an Administrative Clerk, you will make your mark by:

Facilitating the flow of information into and out of the unit
Providing customer-focused service by promptly and accurately processing all payment transactions
Verifying and processing insurance tracking information, including Customer Service Center-approved waives, system-generated collateral updates, processing of accounts paid out, and monthly file-aid reports. Providing accurate tracking records and documentation upon request
Providing additional support to the unit to ensure continuity of service and maximum productivity

Qualifications
TFS is looking for individuals with strong business sense and practical expertise. Successful candidates must have:

High school diploma or equivalent experience
Previous clerical experience helpful
Good oral and written communications skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required
Attendance and Punctuality are essential for this position
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) and Lotus Notes helpful
