TM Customer Support Representative

Responsible for providing high quality customer service to Cash Management Corporate customers by assisting with research, answering inquiries, resolving errors, assisting with new services and making changes to existing services. The incumbent may also provide sales support in the absence of the Cash Management Marketing Officers. Assists customer in choosing the correct type of account, preparing signature cards, obtains legal documentation, and enters account data. Researches errors or inquiries, responds to general questions, tracks calls for quality control, and identifies cross-sell opportunities. Attends sales meetings and discuss monthly sales, new products, and procedures. Tracks and obtains missing cash management agreements for audit purposes. Revises agreements and writes department procedures as necessary. Participates in marketing efforts as requested, such as designing brochures or literature. Other duties as assigned.

TM Customer Support Rep I, X19 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 0 -2 years of directly related experience. Limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, written and oral communication and excellent customer relation skills.

TM Customer Support Rep II, X20 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 2+ years of directly related experience. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, written and oral communication and excellent customer relation skills.

TM Customer Support Rep III, X21 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 4+ years of directly related experience. Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus extensive knowledge of other related fields. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, written and oral communication and excellent customer relation skills.

Responsible for providing high quality customer service support via phone, email, and internally.
Assist sales officers and customers by identifying problems and resolving them in a timely manner on a consistent basis to TM corporate customers.
Identify areas that may prevent future customer impact.
Must be articulate and enjoy assisting customers in a fast paced environment.
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
