TM Implimentation Manager

Provides supervision to all groups within TM Implementation: Market Max System Analyst, TM University Trainer/Procedure Specialist, Quality Control Coordinator, Document Scanner, ACH Risk Coordinator and the Implementation Team. Maintains and enhances workflow processes, identify ways to cut costs and increase productivity. Provide training/instruction to individual employees. Oversees Market Max updates and product additions. Maintains customer SLA percentage at 98% or better, maintains and updates SLAs annually. Ensures ACH Risks are maintained and renewed on time. Other duties as assigned.

TM Implementation Manager, X22 - Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of directly related experience, managerial experience preferred. Requires advanced knowledge of a professional field. Applies advanced principles, theories and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Requires a considerable working knowledge of other related fields and the ability to apply that information to current role.
