Responsible for overseeing Consumer Loan Center agents and ensuring they have the resources to provide world class service to members. Monitors and coaches agents to meet and exceed key performance metrics (KPIs). Support a sales and service environment that focuses on the credit union?s mission, vision and core values. Cross-sells Credit Union products and services. Provides expedient, competent, professional services. Manages daily direct activity of the Consumer Loan Center. Responsible for achieving the goals within the department and operating within budget plan. Active participant in the establishment, maintenance and management of the dealer network. Bachelor?s degree is preferred as well as three years supervisory experience. Senior loan approval, with proven track record. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as mature judgment. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of consumer loan regulations, procedures and documentation. Demonstrated ability to handle various projects simultaneously. Working knowledge of PC, including word processing, Excel, and internet, and automated call distribution system. Must be able to see, hear, type repetitive keystrokes and speak, read, and write English. Must be able to lift 20 pounds and sit for extended periods of time.
