The Mortgage Team Manager-Loan Fulfillment is responsible for managing all aspects of the Loan Fulfillment functions in a Loan Fulfillment Center. The incumbent ensures compliance with policies and procedures related to loan set-up and loan shipping processes including managing compliance and GL reconciliation. Also develops the skills of subordinates through a combination of goal-setting, delegation, training, counseling, and performance management, recommends and approves staffing levels and personnel actions such as hiring, firing, promotions, transfers, salary actions, and staff training, establishes and approves performance goals, conducts performance appraisal reviews, documents performance, and recommends, executes and approves disciplinary action.


5 years of progressively responsible related lending operations work experience. Preferably in the field of mortgage banking.
2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
Graduation from a four-year college or university with major coursework in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is preferred.
Demonstrates effective leadership techniques.
Demonstrated ability to apply local, state, and federal regulations relating to loan operation activities.
