Technical Consulting Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to all levels of sales and account management.  Act as a technical resource proficient in knowledge of Chase Paymentech Solutions products and services, transaction processing, data communications and networks.  Identify payment processing options for merchants and effectively communicate recommendations to merchants and internal associates.  Manage conversion of new merchants from their existing processing environment to Chase Paymentech Solutions by coordinating internal resources.  Represent the group on company wide projects.  Some travel is required.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor?s degree in Computer Information Systems or related technical field preferred.  Must have excellent customer service skills.  Extensive knowledge of product functionality, system features, data communications, WAN, Internet, protocols, networks, operating systems and merchant application software is preferred.  Must have finely tuned communications skills with the ability to participate in sales presentations and customer visits.  Organization and project management skills are required.  Prior Sales Engineering experience if preferred.  Industry experience a plus.
